Return and Refund Policy

We will gladly replace the defective items or, if replacement is not possible, we will refund you the full amount for the item  but:

• You must have your cash register receipt.
• Product must be brought back.
• Defective products only! Customers can only return duds or items that partially fired.
• No other reasons will be accepted for returns. 
• Do to liability of accepting items after they are out of our control, we do not accept any returns.
• All sales are final.
