We will gladly replace the defective items or, if replacement is not possible, we will refund you the full amount for the item but:
- You must have your cash register receipt.
- Product must be brought back.
- Defective products only! Customers can only return duds or items that partially fired.
- No other reasons will be accepted for returns.
- Do to liability of excepting items after they are out of our control, we do not except any returns.
- All sales are final.
